Your Inspector

  My name is Todd.  I own and operate Alexander Property Inspections LLC.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations with friendly, prompt, and thorough service.

  I live in St Johns County with my wonderful family, we attend a great church, have many friends, and look forward to meeting and serving you.

  I am here to help you protect your investment;  whether you are purchasing an existing home, building a new home, have a  home that has a 1 year warranty coming up, or investing in a small commercial building.

  I licensed by the State of Florida (H1843) & have been a NACHI member since 2004. Nachi is one of the largest inspector organizations in the USA. This organization gives me the opportunity to stay up to date by requiring me to attend at least 24 credit hours of continuing education each year. I am a licensed Florida all lines insurance adjuster (D001163), as well as, a certified FEMA disaster inspector. I also have been certified by the University of Florida and the State of Florida as a "wind mitigation" inspector.
