INSURANCE INSPECTIONS (4 point): requested by agents at renewal or at inception of new homeowner policies. Inspection includes a visual inspection of the four major systems in your home: Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
Residential Home Inspections- A complete visual inspection of all aspects of your future home. Exterior, Interior, Roof, Attic, HVAC, etc..
Condo, Townhouse, Apartment Inspections- A complete visual inspection of the interior aspects of the property, HVAC, plumbing, windows, etc. Most condos, townhouses, etc. are maintained on the exterior by the association. Exterior inspection included upon request.
Small Commercial Building Inspections- Compete visual inspection of all aspects of the property. Individual contractors / inspectors maybe sub contracted as needed.
New Construction (phase) Inspections- A multi visit complete visual inspection of your home or building as it is being built from the foundation to completion. Also, I can inspect one aspect of construction if needed, ie. framing, foundation prep, etc.
New Home Warranty Inspections- Complete inspection of your new home before builders warranty expires. Differs from regular inspections in that I can also document cosmetic issues if requested, so you will have a third party view of issues that need to be resolved with your builders warranty.
